THUNK
Thats the sound of me falling of the wagon - hard. My excuses are...just that excuses. I know I was sick, I know I was on holidays but I could have stayed on plan if I had so chosen....but I didn't.
And this morning for breakfast - a brownie. Sigh.
I'm so proud of USA for climing back on the wagon. You can resist those chocolate bars girl, just think carrots good, chocolate bad. Maybe after saying it a few thousand times it'll be true, lol
I'm climbing back on the wagon too.. I can do this, I have to do this. So no more excuses.
In that vein, here is a great soup recipe, very low in points and soo easy and quick. It's from one of my favourite cookbooks the Company's Coming Soup and Sandwich book by Jean Pare.
Tomato Pasta Soup
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups beef stock
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup water
1 cup macaroni ( you can easily use less, DO NOT USE MORE, you'll have macaroni stew, lol)
put all ingredients in pot and cook till macaroni is done. It doesn't get any easier. If I don't have any cans or cartons of stock I just use bouillon cubes and they work great!!

I found you, Canada. I would know that soup anywhere!!! It's hard to type with a cat in my lap. :) Did you know that?
