Take two, three, four... do I hear five???
Ok, I've been off the wagon for too long. I've jumped back on. It's only noon, but so far so good. For breakfast I had a light English muffin with 1 TBSP of peanut butter(3). For snack I had a 100-calorie Special K snack pack (2). For lunch I had tuna, on light bread with mayo (4). I just ate an apple (1). My next goal is to drink some water this afternoon. But not before I have myself a nonfat latte. It's worth the points.
Scratch that. No coffee is worth 4 points. I'm leaning towards some tea now.
I have to get my motiviation back.
The challenge will be Saturday night when some friends and I go out for German. I better save all my flex points!
USA is back on the wagon. Again. But I mean it this time. I swear. SIGH
