Trying not to tip the wagon...
I had a heck of a morning and raced out the house, to Dunkin' Donuts and had a coffee roll. Six points wasted on pure sugar. I also had a coffee with skim milk. So that's good, I needed the dairy.
For lunch I'm having a half of a baked potato with light cheese and tomato sauce. This is another five points. So really that's 14 points for the day. I'll get a skim latte at lunch for another two - that's 16. That leaves me with 12 points for dinner. Not bad.
I stayed on track last night, but used my last nine points on beer. Sigh... but I stayed within my points. Ok, no beer tonight. Water. (Although my mom is coming to help me clean. I better save three points for ONE beer.)
I'll have to get some veggies in me for dinner. I have a nice spaghetti squash I can cook up and put tomatoes on. Zero points! Oh, and I can baked some chicken. Ok, today will be good.
