Ok, so Canada and I are going to start our weight loss journey. It's not going to be easy, but think with teamwork we can do it. Saskatchewan is a far cry from where I live on the east coast, but with the power of the Internet, it'll be like she's right here with me.

It seems like I've been on WW for years. I did lost 71 pounds at one point. But life gets in the way. But I'm refocused. I'm going by clothing size now. There is a nice pair of pants in the closet with the tags still on them. I WILL get my butt into them in October.
